Pin recovery

If you have forgotten the PIN (personal identification number) of your prepaid card, you can restore the PIN of your prepaid card in the following way:

    Enter the information about your card in the fields below.

    You will receive an SMS on the mobile phone you stated at card purchase with a one-time security code which you will have to enter on the next screen.

    You will receive another one-time password that you must enter to access your PIN.

    You will receive an SMS with a 4-letter combination

    On the following web page you will see a sequence of 16 numbers. Please look up the numbers in the cells identified by the letters that you have received on your mobile.

    Your PIN is the result of the 4-digit sequence numbers derived in this way (e.g. if you receive "ADEK" as code, the numbers in the fields "A", "D", "E", "K" will represent your PIN).
